Not what I expected

The picture of the watch is accurate, so I can't complain about that, although it was a little hard changing the time/date. The worse part about this, though, is the fact that the watch didn't work. Short of buying another battery for it, I tried everything. Customer service was really nice and even sent me a packing label via email, however, I, personally, hate returning items, unless it's to a brick-and-mortar store, so I'm not sure if I'll do this or spend a few extra dollars for another watch.
