Our "Hassle Free Returns” Policy means you can buy with confidence because we guarantee your complete satisfaction!
At Navy Gear, we strive to make your shopping experience a positive one. We gladly accept returns on any unworn, non-laundered, or unused items returned to us within 60 days of delivery. Items returned outside of this window will be subject to a restocking fee.

Please follow these simple procedures to insure a hassle-free return:

- Make sure that all items are returned with original tags and/or packaging to:

Millersville, MD 21108 - Please enclose a note as to the reason for the return. (We just want to know so we can keep everyone happy.) Kindly let us know if we messed up!
- Return a copy of the original packing list, include your phone number and email address.
- Please allow 3-10 business days for us to process your refund to your credit card once we have received your return.
- Please note we only refund the original shipping charges if your order was shipped in error.
Please Note:
- We can only accept unworn, unused, non-laundered, and non-defective items. We reserve the right refuse to refund items that are returned in an unsellable condition. Returned items that have strong odors, are covered in pet hair or have clearly been worn will not be accepted for a full refund as we will not be able to resell those items.
- Custom and special orders are not eligible for refunds.
- Returns need to be sent within 60 days of delivery.
Local Pickup
We offer a local pickup option from our Warehouse location, 8211-B Cloverleaf Drive Millersville, MD 21108 during our business hours from 9am to 5pm eastern time. Weekend and Holiday pickups are unavailable.
Shipping Policy
We strive to have all Standard orders leave our warehouse within three business days (Mon–Fri).
All standard orders placed after 8 am EST will be processed the following business day.
