1) Raise the price; have it made in America. China is our greatest threat. When they finally attack, do you think I would wear a hat made by our enemy?
2) Perhaps make the size adjustment larger? I have a very small head, and I only brought it in less than the width of my thumb.
3) To wear the hat tightly (so it won't blow off), the brass rivet in the triple-reinforced hem is uncomfortable. I only see myself wearing this for my son's graduation from Boot Camp; then putting the hat aside.
4) Inside the hat was a piece of corrugated plastic to keep it's form; I could recycle cardboard. The pain in the rear is the GIGANTIC WRINKLES in the front of the hat created by the wrinkles in the plastic! I will have to iron a curved, 3D object to get rid of those. Did y'all bother to look at these before you shipped them?
5) The brim is one-piece and solid construction; it can handle getting wet. The curve is a little flat; I will get it wet and put it on a 32-ounce bottle, then place big rubber-bands to make the proper curve.
6) The hat itself is well-made. High quality, thick material which will last; the "NAVY DAD" stitching is excellent. The brim is sewed on straight, and the top of the curve is only a quarter-inch off-center of the hat.
(NOT my first hat...)
7) Arrived much quicker than expected; well packed.
8) It may not seem like it, but I'd give the hat - and the company - a 9 out of 10.
