Mistake After Mistake

On June 7th I ordered two pair of these shorts for my wife, along with a t-shirt. My credit card was billed $88.51. They arrived on June 13th. The shorts were the wrong size. I returned them in accordance with the instructions. On the packing slip I explained the reason for the return. Nearly 4 weeks passed and I had not heard from the company. On Julu 15th at 1:46 PM I called the company. I asked what had happened to my order. The lady the return department never sent them out. She had the department responsible for this send out the corrected order. On July 19th the arrived. However, they were the exact same size as before. I returned them in accordance with instructions again. On July 30th I received a call asking what I wanted to do about the returned items. By this time I had already purchased two pairs of shorts for my wife from under armour. I asked if my credit card could be refunded. The lady said yes. On August 1st she called back and said the company had refunded my card on June 24th in the amountof $64. I checked and there are no refunds on that card, at all. I will contact my credit card and dispute this purchase. I will also contact the Better Business Bureau as well as The Consumer Protection Agency.
